Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply to every project 30kweb takes on. We keep them short, plain-spoken, and fair. By paying your deposit, you agree to everything below.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any project.
  • The deposit secures your project slot and covers initial design and development work.
  • The remaining balance of 50% is due upon project completion, before the website is made live.
  • We accept payment via Paystack (bank transfer, card, or USSD).

Refund Policy

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once work has begun.
  • If 30kweb is unable to deliver your project due to circumstances on our end, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 7 business days.
  • No refund will be issued after the final website has been delivered and approved by the client.

Revisions

  • The Landing Page package includes 2 revision rounds. The Website + Admin Panel package includes 3 revision rounds.
  • A revision round is a single batch of changes submitted at one time — not individually over time.
  • Additional revision rounds beyond your package limit are billed at ₦5,000 each and must be paid before work resumes.

Domain Policy

  • Custom domain purchases (₦20,000/year) are non-refundable as domains are registered immediately on your behalf.
  • Domain renewal invoices are sent 30 days before expiry. Non-payment within 14 days may result in domain expiry.
  • 30kweb is not liable for expired domains due to non-payment.

Referral Program

  • Referrers must sign up via the referral form at /referral before they can be credited for any referral. Unregistered referrers cannot be paid out.
  • Referral payments of ₦5,000 are made within 24 hours of the referred client's deposit payment.
  • Referrals are tracked manually via WhatsApp. The referred client must mention the registered referrer's name and referral code at the time of enquiry.
  • Bank details for payout are added via the referral dashboard after signing up. To update existing bank details, message us on WhatsApp.
  • 30kweb reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time.

Delivery Timeline

  • Tier 1 websites: delivered within 3–7 days of deposit payment and receipt of all client assets.
  • Tier 2 websites: delivered within 5–10 days.
  • Timelines begin only after the deposit is paid AND all required assets are received (logo, photos, content, brand colours).
  • 30kweb is not responsible for delays caused by late asset submission from the client.
